Dr. Joanne Byron is the founder of Pathways to Empowerment. She is a domestic and international crisis trainer and responder, and the developer of the Crisis Preparedness and Management for Mental Health program in Bangladesh. She has spoken internationally on autism related to mental health needs and created mindfulness videos to address trauma resulting from the COIVD-19 pandemic. She has provided psychological services in the public school system, and has her own private practice.  Dr. Byron’s educational history includes a master’s in clinical psychology, a specialist in school psychology, and a doctorate in counseling psychology. 

Mr. John Estime is the founder of Active Essentials LLC with years of experience as a fitness coach and stretch therapist. His passion for the health and wellness industry assisted him in identifying obstacles which impeded fitness goals. As a stretch therapist he focuses on helping individuals through therapeutic activities, treatment, and exercises to improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. Mr. Estime is also a certified fitness trainer; he designs and implements personalized fitness plans for individuals to promote overall physical health and positive mental wellbeing.  His therapeutic exercise program focuses on building self-confidence, stress relief, and anger and anxiety reduction.
